BENEVOLENT
FUND RULES
-
The
Fund will be administered by 2 LMC Members
-
All
Clubs shall be members of the Benevolent Fund, which will cover
the Personal Accident of players within the League.
-
Contributions
to the Fund will be paid as part of League Fees.
-
Cover
is for a maximum of 8 weeks, (at £15 per week) except for the
first seven days.
-
Only
matches authorized by the League/Manchester FA will be covered.
-
Cover
is for 16 players on match days.
-
Claims
Forms (including Medical Section) must be fully completed and
returned within 7 days, and the injury must be notified to the
League
or Benevolent Fund Secretary within 3 days of the match.
-
Medical
Certificates must be sent at regular intervals to the Secretary.
-
The
LMC will only deal with the Club Secretary, any loss of benefit
caused by the failure of a Club Official to comply with the Rules,
will
be the responsibility of the Club and not the League.
