CLUB SECRETARY’S DUTIES HOME Club Secretary – 1) Ensure the opposition is aware of any ground or colour changes 2) Organize the Matchcard prior to the game 3) Collect the Referees’ Fee and ensure he’s paid (£24) 4) Hand the Referee, the matchcard and fee prior to the match. 5) Report the match result by TEXT to 07747079446 by NOT LATER THAN 3pm on the Sunday Afternoon.
6) Return the completed Matchcard by the following WEDNESDAY after the game. AWAY Club Secretary – 1) Away Club to change if colour clash. 2) Pay the Home Club half Referees’ Fee (£12) prior to the match. BOTH CLUBS ARE TO PROVIDE ‘FIRST AID KITS’ & ‘2 MATCHBALLS’. ................................................................................................................................................................................
