CLUB  SECRETARY’S  DUTIES

HOME Club Secretary – 

1)     Ensure the opposition is aware of any ground or colour changes

2)     Organize the Matchcard prior to the game

3)     Collect the Referees’ Fee and ensure he’s paid  (£24),

At BROOKHOUSE AND ON GOING AT OTHER SITES the 

Referees’ Fee must be left with a member of the LMC in the 

Referees’ Changing Room.

4)     Hand the Referee, the matchcard and fee prior to the match.

5)     Report the match result by TEXT to 07870916624 by 

       NOT LATER THAN 2pm on the Sunday Afternoon.

6)     Return the completed Matchcard by the following WEDNESDAY 

       after the game.

AWAY Club Secretary – 

1)     Away Club to change if colour clash.

2)     Pay the Home Club half Referees’ Fee (£12) prior to the match.

 BOTH CLUBS ARE TO PROVIDE ‘FIRST AID KITS’  

          & ‘2 MATCHBALLS’.

PLAYERS REGISTRATION FORMS

(by SATURDAY  21st AUGUST)

CLUBS CAN ONLY REGISTER PLAYERS ON THE MULTI-FORM 

(YELLOW FORM) IF THE PLAYERS WERE 

REGISTERED WITH THE SAME CLUB AT THE END OF LAST SEASON.

 ** WARNING ** Any players using the YELLOW FORM, who

were NOT REGISTERED with the same Club last season

will be INELIGIBLE having not received clearance from 

their previous Club **

ALL OTHER PLAYERS MUST USE THE SINGLE 

WHITE REGISTRATION FORM.

PLAYERS MUST PERSONALLY SIGN THE 

REGISTRATION FORM and under no circumstances can 

other players or Club Officials sign on their behalf

ANY SECRETARY IN DOUBT SHOULD CONTACT – 

SECRETARIES ARE REMINDED 

THAT AS PER LEAGUE RULE, CLUBS MUST REGISTER at least 

ELEVEN (11) PLAYERS 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE 

START OF THE SEASON ON SUNDAY, 5^th SEPTEMBER

CANCELLATION OF FIXTURES

IF CLUBS WISH TO HAVE NO FIXTURE 

AT THE START OF THE SEASON, at least 

14 DAYS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN TO
